About Our Approach
Our approach, which combines action research with systems consultation and intervention, is dividied into four parts:
- Identify a critical or contentious problem in the field;
- Convene a small group of experts to explore it;
- Summarize the findings, conclusions and recommendations of the conference in the form of a Stategy for Change; and
-
Stage a follow-up conference in 18-24 months to evaluate and ensure successful implementation of the Recommendations and Strategy for Change.
